Request a Repair

To report a maintenance issue at your property, please email info@mayfairestates.co.uk or call 0161 795 6800 during office hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00).

Please include the following details in your message:

  • Full Name: * Contact Number: * Property Address: (Including house/flat and room number)

  • Description of Issue: Provide specific details on the fault and its location.

  • Access Instructions: Confirm if we may use a management key to enter or if you require an appointment while you are present.

Emergency Repairs For urgent issues outside of office hours (such as major leaks, total loss of heating, or electrical failure), please refer to the emergency contact numbers provided in your tenancy agreement pack.

Response Times

  • Emergency/Urgent: We aim to respond within 24 hours.

  • Non-Urgent/General: We aim to respond within 3–5 working days.
